Structured to meet your needs…
The NVI International Master Classes are presented in two, eight-day programmes and one, five day programme during the course of the year. The first programme is The Power of Influence and comprises of two, four-day modules in July and September 2009. The second programme, Group Mastery, involves two further four-day modules in November 2009 and January 2010.
Michael Grinder has always been passionate about discovering what makes training effective and, as a result, he has designed a learning experience that goes beyond the training room. “Some programmes tend toward ‘over training and under implementing’. These programmes are different”. Michael Grinder.
Both programmes include interactive work that will help you build essential NVI skills. Throughout the duration of your training, you’ll be completing weekly competency assignments on-line with Michael as your personal online coach, receiving support and feedback from him between modules. Within the Group Mastery programme, your skills development will also be assessed through video ‘essays’. This will give you personal ongoing support with practical mentoring and coaching on how the skills apply to your work or personal settings.
This personal interaction with Michael is an amazing opportunity. It is not compulsory for all delegates, but is a requirement for those who wish to undertake the certification process. On the successful completion of both programmes, you’ll receive the NVI International Certificate of Excellence.
